Redken has always been my fall back on product. I'll try the others and end right back up here. I just wish they would get on board and use natural/organic ingredients. But yeah, recommend!

I'm still salty about Redken changing the original All Soft formula. I think it's been changed twice now and they seem to remove different oils each time. I would give anything to have the original All Soft formula with the avocado oil back. The original formula had the perfect mix of like 3 differe...

Hair loss!
Hair Type Straight Hair
I want to cry. I've had thick hair all my life and I recently switched from Suface Hair to this brand because I wanted to try something new. I have lost half of my hair from this shampoo. I can guarantee it's from the shampoo and conditioner. I am switching back immediately to Surface Hair and going to use their awaken to help get my hair back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!
May potentially cause you to loose hair
everything that it claims to do is true. adds shines and makes your hair ridiculously soft. however, each time I shampoo my hair which is every other day. I loose a lot of hair strands which was never normal me when i used K18. time to go back to the drawing board. board. :(
Works but doesn't
I had this shampoo for over a year and loved it… until I realized it was the very reason I kept losing my hair. While it did add softness to my hair and reduced frizz, it was also making a lot of my front strands fall out. As soon as I switched shampoos, my hair stopped falling out. It also took me a while to grow my hair back.

I have wavy hair that typically looks when I try styling it. I have slightly coarse, wavy, color-damaged hair that ends up extremely frizzy, weighed-down, stringy looking, etc. However, this is my hair after one wash with the shampoo and conditioner. I can't believe the improvement!!! My hair feels so soft and my natural wave finally appeared without hoards of flyaways. TBH I feel fine spending (*much) more on this product than I normally would be comfortable with, it just seems worth it!
