I used every time I shampoo. Once a month, I put it in and leave it 10 minutes for extra conditioning. I have very dry hair that is fine.

I recently had to switch to vanicream shampoo and conditioner because my skin is so sensitive, and as you can imagine it dried my hair out SOOOO much. I noticed 2 minutes after styling it became a rats nest & it just felt brittle and lifeless. I was wary about buying this because I was worried it wouldnt work for my sensitive skin & would possibly break me out but it is 1. very gentle and 2. totally transformed my hair after one use. I shampoo and condition like normal, then after towel drying I put this all in my hair and let it sit for 20 minutes, then rinse. I would do this after every shower but since its pricey i only do it 1-2 times a week & it works great. Probably the best thing ive ever done for my hair.

This was my first Redken product I tried and I had high hopes. It felt really luxurious on my hair in the shower. However, once my hair was dry it felt more dehydrated than it does when I just use my regular conditioner. I wouldn't purchase again.
