I used every time I shampoo. Once a month, I put it in and leave it 10 minutes for extra conditioning. I have very dry hair that is fine.

I love this conditioner! I have coarse wavy hair and I only need a small amount, it makes my hair so soft and smooth. Been using it for years, sometimes daily. Best conditioner I've ever used. I pair it with the Redken All Soft shampoo.

This is my favorite hair mask of all time and I've tried kerastase, oribe, matrix etc and nothing compares. I use it once or twice a week with the matching shampoo and it makes my hair feel like silk! I just opened my 4th tube thats how much I love it for my thick coarse hair. Not heavy either but perfect as a mask or used as conditioner if your hair is drier/thicker. Forever repurchase!

This hair mask made my hair SOOOOO soft it works very well and has a lot of slip. My ends get pretty dry but this mask did not only hydrate them but made them really soft. Definitely recommend worth the price.
