Wanted to love it too
It's not what I expected. I expected for it to be flexible. Have to go over my face with my hands to get in the crevices. That defeats the purpose. Works great for mask applications and removal, but not for everyday cleansing.

Not what I hoped for
This brush is high quality and clearly built to last. That said, instructions were vague-only described use for one side of the brush. And I wasted a good deal of product trying to use as a mask applicator. Returned after one use.
I would recommend this product.
For the price, it works wonderful. First use, my face looked brighter and felt cleaner.
Excellent product!
I am very picky when it comes to getting prducts or tools for my face beacause i have sensible skin but this has been a came changer, leaves my skin soft and radiant when using it to cleanse my face.
