Q
Just visited ULTA to get the IT #103 concealer brush for under eye and blemishes. My store didn't have it. One rep recommended the #212 flat brush. I went back to the section after shopping and the next rep totally recommended the eyeshadow brush #112 for under eye and blemish concealer! She said it would be wonderful for my needs using my new Bye Bye under eye concealer. Pretty confused at this point. Does fluffy #112 also work for concealing needs with Bye Bye under eye?
Asked by michiganrunner
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi there, thank you for reaching out to IT! Both brushes are made for concealer application, it really depends on what type of application you prefer! One is not necessarily better than the other. The #103 is a loosely packed brush head to buff out concealer for an airbrushed finish, while the #112 is a paddle style concealer brush with more densely packed bristles to apply concealer with fuller coverage. Either can be used to apply under eye concealer or spot conceal based on your preference! XOXOWas this answer helpful to you
Q
Would this be great for packing eyeshadow all over the eyelid or is the #119 better? Which is closer to a flat eyeshadow brush?
Asked by freelove
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi there, thank you for your question! You can absolutely use the Airbrush Precision Shadow Brush #112 to pack on shadow all over the eyelid. The Airbrush All-Over Shadow Brush #119 has the same style brush head, but is slightly larger to cover more area. Both will pack on color! XOXOWas this answer helpful to you

Hi! I am debating between brush #112 and brush #220. I need it to work for all over color AND contouring/shadows/etc. Which one do you recommend? Also, what are the main differences between these 2 brushes?
Asked by Amanda

Could you tell me the difference between the eye shadow brush #112 and the eye shadow brush #119? I haven't tried any of the IT eye shadow brushes yet, and just wondered which one would be a good starter brush. Thank you!!
Asked by Mamawsharon
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi!! thank you for your question!!! We are more than happy to assist you with this today!! Eye Shadow Brush #112 is a small, soft rounded head designed to fit perfectly on the eye lid for applying a slightly darker shade of Eye Shadow in the crease of your eye in a sweeping motion. Eye Shadow Brush #119 is a short, densely packed brush designed for even all-over lid application!!! Both are amazing they are just used to target the application on different eye areas! Q
I am a newbie when it comes to using brushes to apply eye makeup. I would like to know what brush would be best to purchase first. I am looking at the It brushes. I was looking at the 105, 112.
Asked by Cheryl
Verified Reply - Staff ExpertWe recommend both Airbrush Precision Shadow Brush #112 and Airbrush Crease Shadow Brush #105! #112 is rated "best eye shadow brush," an absolute must have! This brush is great for eye shadow application all over, from your lid to your brow bone. #105 works best to apply shadow in the crease of your eyes. This is also one of our top brushes! The tapered, narrow brush head fits perfectly into your crease to apply a slightly darker shadow to add depth to your eyes! The shape is a must-have for this eye area! Was this answer helpful to you

Normally buy brushes cheap, this is worth the extra expense

I normally buy cheaper brushes but I splurged on a recommendation and picked this brush up, and it made a HUGE difference. It applies my shadow incredibly smoothly right where I want, and is super soft on my skin. It blends the edges really well as well. I wouldn't use it for a liquid shadow. Powder...

Decent Starter Brush

This is an overall decent brush and one I'd likely recommend to others if they were wondering which eye brushes to buy for a personal starter set. The brush head isn't dense and will not pick up a lot of product. You will get a sweep of shadow rather than a full, saturated application regardless of ...

I'll take at least 2 more, this is a great eye shadow brush. Soft just with just the right amount of dense, not too short not too long of a handle, well balanced in weight, comfortable to use for both my hands and my lids, cruelty free and perfect for me.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

The IT Brand has become a favorite and the airbrush line is amazing - truly - the bristles are just the right amount of fluff and stiff to apply so well. The handles are long enough but not too long and they are comfortable to hold and use, not too big and not too small - just right!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
