The lid has to be pulled off but the bottom part where you have to grasp it is a sensitive squeeze tube. If you are opening it after you've put on your pm arrive from location your hands are...

I recently ordered this product and feel it does not have the same consistency as it wants did. Strivectin did send me a replacement but unfortunately it still has the same runny consistency as my original purchase. I'm not sure if the formula was changed, but I will not be purchasing this in the future.

I actually think this product is decent, and would buy it again. What I have a problem with is the packaging. If you are opening it after you've put on your pm arrive from location your hands are a little slippery. So to get it top you've got to hold it kid of hard. Half the time when I pull the cap off I end up losing a decent amount of product as it squirts out. Simply changing the cap to a screw off would make a huge difference. It's really frustrating to be losing so much expensive product when the tube is small to begin with.
