- Begin with clean nails.
- Match the nail tab number to your appropriate nail bed size.
- Press the adhesive tab to your natural nail and hold down to secure.
- Gently peel off the backing, and firmly attach your press-on nails. Pro-tip: For extended wear, apply the adhesive tabs onto natural nails, nail glue on top of the adhesive tabs, then the press-on nails. This will allow for a less damaging remove process of your press-ons later and also allow for double the hold strength.

Oh my gosh, I love these! I have not attempted press ons in about 8 years. I have flat nails and they always popped off no matter what I did using nail glue. Reuse your nail sets

My favorite part about using these tabs is that I can reuse the nail sets because the glue on the tabs comes off cleanly and does not ruin the nail like a typical liquid glue would. I've been able to get more that 3 days wear out of these, but it's super easy to reapply if any of them pop off. Taking the nails off is super easy with these too. 10/10 prob not using liquid glue again!

these are quicker than glue for sure & they have a good hold. The only issue was getting the plastic tab off the adhesive part once it was set and pressed on to my natural nail. This issue was manageable enough though.
