As a base coat:
Apply one coat to clean nails and follow with your favorite lakur shade.
As a treatment:
Apply 2 coats to bare nails every other day for the first 2 weeks, then reapply every 4-5 days during week 3 and 4. For best results, repeat this routine every 3-4 weeks.

I received the nail hardener in the Discovery 2.0 kit. First time using the products I used just the Illuminator and the polish lasted over a week.
