Wet area to be cleansed. Apply acne wash and gently massage area for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry, because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with 1 application daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.
Precautions: For external use only Do not use if you: Have very sensitive skin. Are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. When using this product: Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen. Avoid contact with the eyes, lips and mouth. Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by this product. Skin irritation may occur, characterized by redness, burning, itching, peeling, or possibly swelling. Irritation may be reduced by using the product less frequently or in a lower concentration. Stop use and ask a doctor if: Irritation becomes severe If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

My acne has gotten so much better with this product
I've been using this product for a few years now and it helps my face stay clear! I apply it in the morning to my dry skin on my lower jaw and chin, then I brush my teeth. After a few minutes, I wash it off with water and pat dry with a washcloth.
Repurchasing
I love this face wash. I have bad menstrual acne & this has helped so much. Has cleared a lot of my acne scars. I have sensitive dry skin & was using the 4% but now on my third bottle & using the 10% and its been working better for me !!! I suggest using the 4% if first time to make sure you dont have bad reactions before going higher .
New packaging? I think you mean new formula.
I compared my old empty bottle to the "new packaging" it's different. How about companies be honest. You changed the packaging to hide/ distract from the new formula. Thanks for ruining a great product that worked and the breakout. Paula's choice I go
It's pretty good
This cleared my forehead acne, it took like 1 month but it got rid of it. I wouldn't recommend it to people with sensitive skin since it does dry out your skin a little.

Okay first of all i LOVE this product. PanOxyl has helped my acne so much but when i was using the 4 percent bottle i could use it all over my face without it causing my skin to feel dry. But since ive switched to the 10 percent my skin has felt so dry. So for now i use a hydrating cleanser and so in wi th 10 percent on any active pimples if i have any and that has worked so much better. So if it causes your skin to get dry go to the 4 percent or keep the 10 percent just use it as a spot treatment with a hydrating cleasner!!!
