my hair has been falling out heavily a few weeks after using. I didn't notice and first but then it was coming out in clumps every day when I brushed it. I didn't know it was from this product until I started researching. again, it didn't happen heavily until after a few weeks. beware.

Absolutely love this product
I have to use ammonia free hair color which tends to fade after several washes. Not with this shampoo. I'm 5 weeks in and still have the same dark brown tone in my hair. I pair it with the Acidic Gloss conditioner and Acidic Gloss heat protectant.
