I ordered this online and did not try it right away. The colors are pretty, yet color #2 is not for the eye area per the label. Okay, then why include it? This kind of labeling to me is sneaky and dishonest. Why buy an eyeshadow palette if not all of the colors can be used on my eyes?
Anyway, I swatched the colors about a week after purchasing, and several are quite nice on my medium ivory skin. I like 1, 3, 5, & 6 the best. I finally wore the colors not long ago and used UD primer on my lids. The colors blended well, and there was a little fallout with the glittery shades. (I'm going to try a different method for applying the next time.) I'm still deciding if I am going to keep it....
I'm light to medium during the summer and the matte shades hardly showed up. The two lighter matte shades looked the same on the eye and weren't pigmented. There's one glitter shade that gets everywhere. The other 2 Metallics were just ok, you have to really rub them with your fingers and they're pressed too much. The darker matte is a bad color it's mustard with olive, it just muddied the look.

I bought this palette to wear to work because I need to wear more subtle colors. The pigmentation is very minimal but for what I'm using it for that's fine. Wouldn't suggest this palette to someone who wants eye shadows that pop. However, I am white so this I think is a factor. I think these colors would pop more on darker skin tones!

This is a wonderful black-owned brand. I think this palette won't work for those with lighter skin tones, but that doesn't mean it's bad. All that means is that, for once, it's catered to an audience that you do not identify with. The shades are fair so it's harder to show on fair skin. Plain and simple.

No pigmentation in these shadows whatsoever! I was highly disappointed! I am lighter skin toned and even with an eyeshadow primer, these shadows were dusty and not pigmented at all. Save your money!

No it's not the most "popping" eyeshadow, but I love to use it in conjunction with other bolder eyeshadows to tone down or blend. Although the upper left shadow is more pressed glitter than shimmer and I'm not into it. Everything else though has a good formula and is a good basic product.

I used this palette for everyday work appropriate makeup. The brown shade is perfect for when I contour my nose and my cheeks lol. The shimmers are perfect for eyeshadow and even highlight. It's the perfect travel palette for me.

I've used Juvia's Place eyeshadows before and never came across a problem. The colors are beautiful and even if you swipe with your fingers, the color is beautiful. The weird part is, when placing the shadow onto your eyelids, the color dissappears. I tried 2 different eye primers and nada. I even tried concealer as a last resort and the color fades away quickly. I truly wanted to love this pallet but this failed big time... and for this, I had to return the product.

I am a black woman and it's hard to find quality products like this that meet my beauty needs along with skincare

This is not impressive which is surprising because Juvias Place is soooo good but these little quads pigmentation did not impress me.The color scheme is good but they hardly show up!

I use this product for daytime makeup.

I bought this palette just wanting a neutral look for when I don't want to do full makeup, and want to look natural. First off, the colors on the picture don't match the actual colors of the product. There was no pigmentation whatsoever when I applied it to my eye, I think only the dark brown showed up a little, and when you swatch them they just don't feel good. The glittery one is so chalky, you're gonna end up with glitter all over yourself and is impossible to get off your face. Don't recommend.

The nude colors don't have that much pigment in them.

Pretty everyday type colors. Great to use for a simple look. I enjoy that the colors aren't over-powering.

This palette is great if you want to have a light wash of color for every day makeup. Not having seen the colors in person, I assumed that most of the colors would have a pink undertone, but there is more yellow than pink. If you're looking for more color payoff, you'll need to be heavy handed with the shadows. Only the lightest glitter, top left, has had fallout. Overall a very pretty palette that caters to lighter complexions and "makeup free" makeup kind of days.

You have to use setting spray with glitters are there will be fallout ,mate light colors are hard to find in a palette ,lots of light colors for under eyebrows to use with other colors

Love this palette. I've used it every day since i received it. The shawdows are blendable and easy to use. the only draw back is i wish it had a deeper brown. however that is just because of my skin tone. for someone lighter it would be perfect. For the price and quality this is definitely worth a try.

I got this pallet on sale. I would not buy this at regular price. Colors are "thin" and takes a lot of eyeshadow to see the colors. Would not buy again.

For shade reference I am NC 43, Nars Syracuse and Tahoe mix. This is an awesome palette for everyday and work. The dark brown is the perfect transition. Maybe a little bit warmer than MAC Uninterrupted. The other colors are perfect lid and highlight colors.

I was so excited to get this palette but when it came I was completely bummed. I thought this palette was going to be soft nudes but 2 shadows are all glitter and they are ALL much darker than they appear online. It's a fine palette but not what I thought I was buying. I guess I still have to continue my search for the perfect palette of all soft nudes for us fair skinned ladies.

This palette reminds me of the colors that are very popular in Asian beauty, in terms of soft colors, pinks, peaches, and shine.
I was nervous at first because I wasn't sure about the palette after reading reviews. Now I'll probably wear the palette everyday for work. The eyeshadow is nice for a Natural highlighter too.
The pigment is a bit soft though. I could see this palette working well for fair and paler skin tones. I've seen videos of women with much darker tones rocking the palette if they had a good concealer as abase. I'd be curious to see how it would show up on medium skin tones?
The pic attached is what the colors look like after swatching and putting the colors on my arm twice in

I really like it. I am a medium deep skin and I think it looks beautiful. Great quality as expected from Juvia's Place.
