Does the mascara smudge down to your Bottom lid even though you only used mascara o. The upper lid?

Best that ive ever tried!!!
I have almost nonexistent lashes. Im 47 yo and have been looking for a good mascara. Ive tried SO many! THIS is the one for me!! Im a thrifty shopper yet im going to spend alot of $$ on this!! It literally makes my look like i have false lashes on ( in a positive way).

My favorite mascara
Great buildable mascara. I've tried multiple diff brands and always go back to this one. It doesn't transfer onto my brow bone either which many others do as long as i swipe a little eye shadow on there. Well worth the $$ to me personally.

Was expecting to be blown away by a luxury mascara and picked this up during the last week of the Ulta sale. Feels good going on however the by the end of the day, I noticed smudges below my eye and mascara marks right below my brow bone. I will finish it up but would not replace.
Black and Globby
Mascara was 40% off, and I see why. I've used Lancôme mascara for decades. This is not their usual quality. I wrote to Lancôme after using this. It's very globby. Brush is filled with globs of black.
