Love the conditioner but the pump is not functional

I love the conditioner however when it was delivered, the pump on the conditioner was not functional. I emailed customer service who sent more than 8 emails questioning over and over. never buy this from Ulta again. Buying conditioner from elsewhere.
I didn't like the scent.

Best conditioner in their Mass Hair area
I thought I'd try this conditioner since Ulta doesn't carry the one I like. I also bought another brand from Ulta that I didn't like as it didn't do anything. I have course hair that tends to tangle and is hard to condition. This stuff worked so well. I still use a good spray-in afterwards but I don't need as much when I use this conditioner.

I used the shampoo and the conditioner. I haven't used them in years and I regret it seeing how much it has changed my hair and only two uses. It looks a lot healthier. I'm over 50 and my hair is chocolate brown naturally with a little wave, this worked wonderful.
