Most Helpful Positive Review Rich and Thick This conditioner works well as the counterpart to the Gentle Shampoo. It is rich, nourishing, and removes the few knots I get in my hair after using the Gentle Shampoo.
The consistency of the Rich Conditioner is thicker than the Thickening Conditioner or the Color Conditioner which is whipped. I was a little worried that this conditioner would be too thick for me, but I find that a little goes a long way and that it spreads nicely throughout my hair. It smells like a lighter version of the Thickening Shampoo.
Following the Gentle Shampoo, I put this conditioner of the back of my head and work the product down my hair and up through my bangs using my fingers as a comb. This way, the product spreads nicely without getting too concentrated. It rinses well but I do take a little more time since it is so thick.
I like using the Gentle Line when I want to mix it up but I do prefer the Seaweed Shampoo paired with the Thickening Conditioner to this line. This is just my preference.
However, I do suggest getting the liter sizes for any of the shampoos and conditioner because they last much longer and look so nice in the bathroom.
Most Helpful Critical Review Dry/tangly hair I was recommended the Super Rich conditioner for my dehydrated, dry, tangly hair, along with the Seaweed Shampoo for my oily roots, and the quenching masque for a once a week deep treatment. The super rich conditioner has really done absolutely nothing for my tangles. I am not sure I see results for more hydration and moisture in my hair. My hair seems straighter, less frizzy, smoother, but not yet softer. I have washed my hair with this every other day for 2 weeks, so I am not sure how long it will take to start seeing better results. When I glide it through my hair in the shower it seems to soak into my hair so quickly that I can still feel my dry hair. It is hard to explain. Before my hair became so dry I would put conditioner in my hair and it would glide on tip and be smooth and soft, but since my hair has become dry it seems to soak into my hair and I don't have that same smooth conditioner feel when putting it in my hair. I hope that makes sense. I don't think that this product should be recommended for tangles. It doesn't do anything for them.

I'm in my 60's and have long hair. It's a bit dry because of age and regular dyeing. A Good quality shampoo and conditioner is essential to keeping my hair healthy. Bumble provides enough slip so that it can be combed out while wet with minimal breakage and leaves it soft and with a great shine. This is my first try with these products and so far I'm thrilled.

There isn't a bad word I can say about this product! Maybe I'm just biased but I have been using this brand since 2006 and refuse to use another. When you have curly, humidity-reactive hair it's hard to find a product that works. For me...this one does the trick. Try it .... I promise ...worth every penny!!

I've tried the rest but always come back to the best. This is one product that never leaves my arsenal. My dry curls drink it up but it never weighs them down. Can't recommend it enough.

This is by far the best conditioner that I have ever used. It usually takes me forever to detangle and this makes it a breeze. I lather it on, use a detangle brush, throw on a shower cap until the end of my shower, and rinse. Absolutely silky and luxurious. I'll never use another.

I use this product every day. Sometimes every other day. Depends on how much I sweat. Otherwise product is great for all hair types. I have long wavy/curly hair and have tried the BB Curly line and it made my hair tangle like straw. This stuff leaves it smooth and soft and waves and curls are prominent without a lot of frizz. I air dry hair. Everything looks great , if I run a brush through hair later in the day, I have to spray some water on to ( strangely ) de-frizz and put hair back into nice wave and curls. Hope this helps.

I used it twice on my long curly hair. I always detangle my hair with my fingers while the conditioner was on it. Normally, with the product I've been using, this is easy. With Bumble and Bumble, it's a chore to get the tangles out. I won't buy it again.

My hair is long, white, naturally curly. I keep it long because it's so curly and I want to be able to put it up in a pony tail or messy bun.
Sometimes I wear it up. Sometimes I wear it down. When I wash my hair, I count on my conditioner to help me untangle my hair. I do this in the shower with my fingers while my conditioner is in my hair. My previous conditioner worked for this. But I want all my products to be cruelty free and Bumble and Bumble is. I believed the hype. It's named 'Super Rich', after all. But I'll keep searching. This is not rich nor super, IMHO.

I have very dry unruly hair. I purchased this conditioner after reading the reviews. The brand of hair products I normally buy aren't available at ulta. I figured I would give this a try and switch things up. It's okay. I need to use double the amount of conditioner than I'm used to. My hair looks alright but not great. It's just as dry on day 2 and 3 as using a drug store conditioner. Given the size of the bottle and price, I won't buy this again.

The absolute best conditioner I have ever used. It is so rich and conditioning that my hair is easy to brush through. I leave it on in the shower for about three minutes and then I brush through and then wash out. It is amazing in how beautiful it leaves my thick and curly and coarse hair. I am able to blow dry it smooth and straight thanks to this super rich conditioner.

So I love how lightweight this is , I have thin hair strands and LOTS of it . A lot of products aren't moisturizing enough or they weigh my hair down too much . It's has a light scent that's actually refreshing . I can definitely feel the difference after one wash my hair had more volume and brushed through well even when wet . I love the leave in products they have but will continue to use this conditioner .

I bought the liter size after using the hairdressers invisible oil conditioner which I love. This leaves my hair feeling great but the smell is horrible to me, kind of rancid with a hint of lemon. It kind of ruins it for me and considering the price point I'd expect much better. I'll stick with the invisible oil type next time.

I first bought this more than 20 years ago. It used to smell like a flower shop. The scent has changed and it's not half as good, but the conditioner is the best that their is. I buy the biggest container to get the best price.

Best shampoo and conditioner combo EVER... and I mean EVER! I once used it many years ago... like 10 years ago and have loved it ever since. It will smooth the coarsest hair and make any hair feel so silky and smooth. Start with it for a finished look after styling.

This has been my daily conditioner for over 20 years. LOVE this product! I've tried many (confessed hair junkie), but this one is my absolute favorite. Does not weigh my hair down or leave any residue. Hair feels soft/silky, but still easy to style. I even have this in my guest bath so company can try it. I have an oily scalp, but dry hair due to highlights and this hits the mark for both.
