Hate it, stupid design
The design is terrible, wastes so much product. It is supposed to "sharpen" itself but does not allow you as the user to determine how much of the pencil you need. Cannot extend or retract manually.
I never received the product
I ordered this eyeliner along with a sunscreen stick. I received the sunscreen, but the eyeliner was missing. I have not received a refund and Ulta is conducting an "internal review". This is insulting. It has been a week. I am a diamond member--almost to platinum. Do they think I am lying about not receiving a product? I will not buy online from Ulta in the future.
Best Eyeliner
I absolutely hated trying to do my eyeliner with a pencil I had to sharpen. This eyeliner is the best!!! Absolutely 💯 game changer!! The always sharp feature is the best. You have to try this!!
Quality decline
I have been using this eyeliner for years. But over the last year or so I can tell that the quality has declined. More and more often the auto sharpener sharpens too much and takes off a huge chunk of the eyeliner wasting tons of the product. This is too expensive for that kind of nonsense. Fix it or I'll be switching.
So disappointed.
I had such had high hopes for this eyeliner. Long-lasting, self sharping all the fancy things smashnox could include safe to use in inner eye. And wow was i let down. I dont get to splurge on myself often and when I do its little things like this that make me feel good about myself. My old eyeliner would smear under my eyes through out the day from work. But this eyeliner practically vanished by hour three. And it's just just a let down because now im stuck with an eyeliner that smears under my eye and the one that just isnt gonna hang around more than an hour or two. And I just don't have the money to do anything better. I love ulta I love feeling like im worth something when I walk in the door but i was really let down with this recommendation for purchase.
