Waste of money - Breaks off easily
This is expensive for something that breaks off easily and doesn't last.
Good Formula, Horrible Packaging
The formula on this is great - lasts forever, no streaking even on a hot & humid day. Use on the waterline and still have no smudging. However - whoever designed this product must be a sadist OR really bad at their job. To get more loner, you can't twist the product, you have to pump it, like a mechanical pencil. So the amount dispensed is not controllable. Unfortunately, I found after one pump that when I tried to sharpen the liner, it broke off into the cap. I tried to get more and the sharpening cap kept eating it. I tried just loosely putting the cap on (no sharpening at all), and it still broke off. I left the cap off and it dried out and couldn't be used until the old stuff broke off. I've tried everything. I've successful applied eyeliner with this product twice, and now two-thirds have been broken off into the cap, and there's no way to fix the cap or clear it off debris so it stops breaking the liner. Incredibly disappointed, waste of money. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Hate it, stupid design
The design is terrible, wastes so much product. It is supposed to "sharpen" itself but does not allow you as the user to determine how much of the pencil you need. Cannot extend or retract manually.
I never received the product
I ordered this eyeliner along with a sunscreen stick. I received the sunscreen, but the eyeliner was missing. I have not received a refund and Ulta is conducting an "internal review". This is insulting. It has been a week. I am a diamond member--almost to platinum. Do they think I am lying about not receiving a product? I will not buy online from Ulta in the future.

I absolutely hated trying to do my eyeliner with a pencil I had to sharpen. This eyeliner is the best!!! Absolutely 💯 game changer!! The always sharp feature is the best. You have to try this!!
