J.Cat Beauty All About That Base Shadow Primer is designed to transform any dull eye shades to bold shades, looks glitter sparkles, and to enhance a glow to any of your eye looks.
Squeeze out a bead size drop and apply a thin layer of one of our all about that base primers on your eyelids with our small shader (br11) or with your finger for an even application. Let it set for a few seconds before applying any eyeshadow/sparkling powder. All about that base in nude can be worn alone for subtle neutral look while all about that base in shimmer can be worn along to add a little pop of shimmer to your look. With a pressing motion, add our sparkling powder before you apply all about that base glitter primer to ensure long lasting and minimizing any fallouts.

great primer.

great primer. only drawback is getting primer to apply evenly. takes a few times to spread evenly after that i set just some powder (helpful tip from a beauty expert) a little goes a long way
