I've been using this for years. It's difficult to find a cruelty-free brand that also has a line for aging skin. This is very rich and perfect for mature, dry skin. Expensive, but worth it.
Product Consistency
I have been using Super Rich Moisturizer regularly since 2019. I was introduced to Dermalogica through my aesthetician, who would utilize several of the products during my appointment. When she informed me she was moving out of state, I panicked and she filled me in on the products, which I scrambled and bought. Although pricey, I use and never sought out another aesthetician, so it's kind of a wash. What I love about this product is the extreme moisture I feel throughout entire night. Upon mu first use, I found it was very thick and difficult to spread in skin. However, if you splash water on your face and place small portions to key locations, it becomes easier to spread. You'll appreciate how moist it instantly feels. There will be enough for entire face. If you splash more water on your neck and décolleté, whats left on your fingers can be spread there then finally on my cuticles. I have splurged and given to family members for gifts and they are hooked as well. I also use the daytime moisturizer with spf, the exfoliating powder and the new phyto cream. Although pricey, I feel my face hasn't aged since I have been regularly using.
Great moisturizing!
This moisturizer is doing a great job on my skin. I don't drink anything but water however, my 70 yr old skin still has dry patches. In the winter it was the best thing ever. During the warmer weather I am using Dermalogica Skin Smoothing Cream moisturizer during the day which seems a bit lighter and doesn't clog my pores and then the Super Rich Repair moisturizer at night.
Gentle and nourishing
complimentary from dermalogica. My aging skin was begging for a formula like this. It's so rich and hydrating without being heavy or greasy. It's really gentle and helps my skin feel and look more youthful and softer.
