I would definitely NOT call this a balm as it is a rather thin lotion. based on the description including "butter" and "balm", I was definitely expecting a thicker, more intense moisturizer. Great moisturizer
I have been using this product for a couple of years now. It keeps my feet nice and soft. My husband also uses it and it has helped his very dry feet a lot. It has a lot of essential oils in it which softens your feet. He has been using it for a long time.
