I've used this mascara for 20 plus years, but now it won't wash off and I'm using the same face wash. I have lost lashes trying to get it off. I thought it was just a bad one off, ordered a new tube, same thing. It won't come off and it says it's the original washable formula. What happened?

Best mascara I have ever used!
I have been using L'Oreal telescopic for years...peolple always ask me what kind of mascara I use and are suprised when I say L'Oreal. I work full-time and then come home for mommy duties...and my mascara still lasts. #thisiswhat40lookslike Thank you for helping me feel beautiful

Great for lengthening, but prefer more volume
I am a mascara fanatic and have tried everything from $4 to $40 mascaras. I Have purchased L'Oreal mascaras in the past and favored them for drugstore mascaras. More recently I had been buying Perversion mascara, but decided to switch it up and try low budget. I did not like the looks of the plas...

Love it!
Its very easy to apply and not clumpy at all!
High-end quality
I've tried many mascaras from high-end to drug store. After thorough reflection, this icon is one of the only mascaras I reach for! It adds volume, length, and authorizes an all-day hold.
It's not my favorite
I didn't give it 5 stars cause the brush didn't separate my lashes to well. I had to go in with a spoolie to separate them. But the mascara its self is not flaky and doesn't run under the eyes. It lasts all day and easily comes off with a gently face wash with no scrubbing.
Not for "heavy duty" use
I gave into the social media hype and each night I wore this mascara for 8+ hour shifts in a busy restaurant it noticeably smudged under the eye. I do not recommend this product for extended/long-wear or wear in uncontrolled environments (e.g., warm/hot environments, humid environments, etc.).
