Blind bought as Billie 1 is the best perfume I own and get compliments every time I wear it. Billie 2 and 3 are good too. I'd literally rate them the same as their name: 1, 2, and 3. I LOVE THIS SCENT. I USE IT LITTLE BITS AT A TIME BC I JUST WANT IT TO LAST FOREVER IT IS THE BEST FRAGRANCE I HAVE EVER SMELT. I can't explain how this smells. It is truly unisex and it smells like a watery floral cologne. It smells so good and unique. I love it, but I like unique perfumes.
