    Apply gel alone or as a top coat over e.l.f. Lock On Liner and Brow Cream or Instant Lift Brow Pencil. Start from the inner corner and follow the arch working in upward strokes.

    This is my favorite brow gel that is colored. Good amount on the spoolie not too much and not too little. this helps to add a little fullness to my brows without looking like I painted them on. Just a little filler is all I need for shaping. I have repurchased this several times over the years.

    I've tried several brow gels. This one is just OK. For the price, if you're in a bind and can't find anything else, this'll get the job done. But the brush is bigger than I'd like to get the right amount of precision and there's zero hold. The one thing I'll say is it does have pretty decent color payoff. Still not the best, but workable.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
