After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe over face and neck area. Do not rinse. Follow with recommended Urban Skin Rx treatment serums and daytime or evening moisturizers. Can be used twice a day.

This Witch Haz Brightening & pH Balancing Toner did not disappoint. This was my first time using a brightening / toner and I love it. I have been getting compliments daily on how good my skin/face looks. This is a liquid base product you put on a cotton swab and dap it onto your face. I didn't have any burning or irritation after using this product. I highly recommend it. This product was offered by urbanskinrx.

After using this toner it leaves my skin feeling soft. It does contain glycolic acid but it did not irritate my skin. This toner is gentle on the skin and the smell is mild compared to other toners that can have a harsh smell.
