After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe over face and neck area. Do not rinse. Follow with recommended Urban Skin Rx treatment serums and daytime or evening moisturizers. Can be used twice a day.

I love that it contains kojic acid and tumeric because it's definitely helped with stubborn dark spots and acne scars!
