Rinse mouth for up to 2 minutes with one capful. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. Use morning and night. *For 24 Hour Stain Protection rinse twice daily after brushing and flossing.

I just started using this mouthwash and I'm liking how gentle it feels. There's no burn at all which is such a nice change from the usual mouthwashes. The flavor is mild but still leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed.
