Kenra answered that VOC is determined by state you live in. I live in Florida and I get both....sometimes it's 80% and sometimes 50%. I love the hold of the 80% but my hair is curly and needs "picking" and when I do that with the 80%, it hurts me because of the pulling of the hair even when I try to gently pick it and damages my hair. The 50% doesn't hold as well, but that is what I need to stop the damage. HOW CAN I GUARANTEE WHICH VOC I AM GETTING IF I ORDER FROM YOU? I love Kenra and don't want to give it up, but I must be able to tell what I am ordering when I order it.

the new formula is terrible!!!!! terrible. it doesn't hold anymore. luckily i bought a jumbo bottle and was able to give that to my grandma. she LOVED kenra. she recommended it to me as a young girl and we've bonded over our hair care since childhood. shes a current cancer patient as well as a scalp...

No longer has the hold it used to have. It's like buying a store brand now and they might as well remove "professional" and "25" off the bottle. It's not professional and doesn't have the hold the 25 had for years. On the search for another brand!

I have used this product for years. I noticed a major change in it this year. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? Spray is now like a forceful dry shampoo..hair gets blown everywhere...not where you wanted it placed. And it holds for a bit but not very long. I've tried to love it but it's impossible. This one is going back and I will try the Paul Mitchell Firm Style aerosol instead that someone recommended. Bring back the old #25!!
