I got this as a gift. I love the smell and noticed that I do go to sleep faster? I just spray this on my pillow before bed. No hard science just look at my phone less before bed because I'm become too sleepy. When its gone, I'll try to see if it actually did anything. It's a nice gift/ nice to have in the night routine. The bottle does bubble out with the liquid as if its filled with pressure. Not sure why its doing this but its not a big problem just an fyi

I was so incredibly excited to try this product but I believe I may have been sent a faulty one after looking through so many good reviews? I cannot smell a thing when I spray this product and my nozzle is foaming and leaking. :(
