Simple cleanser
The reason I gave the product 3 stars was this product just seems simple to me. There wasn't a WOW feeling. It just felt ok, simple, bland. It would not get me excited to wash my face. I use it frequently, not every day. I can't tell a huge difference in appearance, but my skin feels smoother, softer and more hydrated than with the Cetaphil I used previously. The other Beauty Stat products have created the most radical improvements in appearance, but I believe the cleanser enhances their effect, and I think using products from same brand gets the best outcome. I hope you don't discontinue the cleanser. I trust it and don't want to have to find a replacement!

Good for many but not all
I'm nearing 40, have medium to light skin that is NOT sensitive unless I'm in an autoimmune flare (i have APS), combination skin, and tend to develop mild acne in the dry areas of my cheeks and on my temples (because I also wear glasses). I also have KP, that mostly develops in my "stache" area, but can develop on the sides of my face and neck without regular care. For my oily areas (primarily my nose) and eye/brow area, this worked wonderfully, but for everywhere else it worsened the dryness, and also increased acne. I had to use two different cleansers for it to be of any use, which somewhat defeats the purpose for me. My summertime and autumn experiences with it were more positive, but the acne problem still stuck around too. To be clear, I don't feel it contributed to worsening acne, just that it doesnt work well enough to get rid of it or prevent it. Even during autoimmune flares ive had, and while using using trentinoin, it did not cause irritation. It was actually a bit soothing!! For this reason I give it three stars.
