Melted Mess!!
Product felt heavy in my hair, it barely worked as a shaving bar, and then it melted! I patted it dry after using it and placed it in a LUSH metal tin. I came back after three days to find it had melted, leaked out of the tin and onto the clothes in my travel bag. I do not recommend and I would not ...

Love / Hate Relationship (but Mostly Love)
I have a love/hate relationship with this conditioner bar (but mostly love). I love that this is a bar (no plastic bottles). I love that it doesn't irritate my sensitive scalp and skin. I love that I can use this as both a hair conditioner and all over my body as a solid shave bar and in-shower moisturizer. And this product makes my hair so soft and shiny, and somehow brighter. I can't really explain that, but when I use it, it just makes my hair and highlights look fresher and brighter. But, it is more difficult to use. I have pretty thick, wavy hair, and I find this just takes a long time to spread through. It's OK once you learn how to use it, but definitely takes longer. If I'm in a hurry and just need a quick shower, this slows me down a lot. Also hate that when it gets used down and the bar gets thinner it breaks into pieces. I can never really use the whole bar because once it breaks into little pieces it's even more difficult to use and I end up just throwing the pieces away. I know they make mesh bags for these bars now, I may have to try that and see if it helps. Still, I keep buying these because I love the way it makes my hair and skin look and feel.

It does take some practice with long hair, but now that I have a routine down, it's not difficult to use. It's a sufficient amount of conditioning for in-shower. I do add a leave-in once hair is just damp.
