his is a nice serum. Serums usually go on as a step before the moisturizer. The feel of this is nice. It has a watery texture initially. That's not a bad thing, as it doesn't take but a few dots to cover your face. I think it may last a long time. It has a soft and light feel, almost reminding me of the texture of a bit of aloe water. It's not creamy or heavy, which is good, because it can be used as a step in the morning skincare routine, prior to moisturizing and makeup, etc. A little stickiness lingers, but it's not bad and feels as though it coats my skin, making it a bit more vibrant and softer. Using it twice a seems to help my fine lines, especially ones I get from sleeping. (Think fine lines from holding the pillow against my face). My skin has more of a matt looking finish when I'm using it. In other words, I feel like my skin is looking overall smoother. It hasn't seemed to clog my pours or break me out any. There are some cool plant based ingredients in there as well, which adds to the luxury, in my opinion. The scent is very faint and it doesn't feel overwhelming or bothersome. A bit of a bonus is the glass bottle looks sleek on my bathroom cabinet.

As a mom about to enter her 40's, age correction skin care is paramount. Shiseido has brought another stunning serum that boasts its revitalization and means it. The ultimune serum is so soft and leaves my skin well hydrated. It perfects fine lines and leaves a supple, youthful look. Paired with Shiseido moisturizer, this serum is a home run. 5 stars!

This is a nice facial serum but unfortunatley I did not notice much improvement in my skin while using this. I typically love Shiseido products but this just wasn't effective for me. The serum has a comfortable, lightweight feel on my skin and has a great scent. Its not sticky or irritating which I like but didn't notice any improvement in my fine lines or wrinkles. My skin does feel softer overall and I will continue using this product until I finish the bottle but I would not buy another once it runs out. Thanks to Shiseido for sending me this product complimentary to try out in exchange for my honest review.

I loved this serum, it's lightweight so you can use it under makeup with no issues, left my skin radiant and moisturized, you only need 2 pumps for all your face and absorbs quickly leaving you a nice glow without making you look oily
