Hi, I was wondering if the current product you are selling has sunflower seed oil + extract in the ingredients or if its based on what appears to be the newer formula which does not have those ingredients. We've noticed the new formula smells very different and unpleasant and only want to order if the product is based on the old formula. Thanks!

- Official Answer By Jack BlackThanks for reaching out! Due to ongoing supply chain issues, we had to remove the sunflower seed oil in the Turbo Wash formula. Would this work in removing pomade/hair wax? (I use American Crew Hair Wax if that matters)

If I have short hair... is it necessary to use a conditioner with this product?

Generally, if your hair is very short it's able to maintain an appropriate moisture balance with being so close to the scalp. But if it's any longer than a 0.25-0.5 inch or so we'd recommend conditioning 1-2x per week to ensure your hair is getting the moisture you need. Hope that helps!Was this answer helpful to you

Love the product, have used it for 15 years. Best body wash on the market. But they recently (last year or two) have replaced the pump with a new design. It's terrible. You don't get as much product as before. You also so have to pull the pump head up in order repeat the pump cycle. It looks like they reduced the stem inside the bottle. Actually feels like supply chain tried to save with a cheaper pump and it has affected customer satisfaction. On occasion the pump is so bad I have to pure the body wash into another container.
