Is this product the "Original" formula?

- Official Answer By SebastianThe states that have a ban on aerosol product containing VOC of over 55 would received our 50voc. This is the same formula, however dispenses slower. The hair may need a moment longer to set than with the 80voc. Have been using Sebastian extra hold hairspray for many years. It was first recommended to me by my stylist. It provides great hold, but not the stickiness or hardness of a typical hairspray.
Don't fall for the "promotion"
Don't fall for the "online only promotion" of "buy 1 get 2" for this line of hairsprays. It happened to me just like it did to other reviewers, only 1 came in my package. You would have thought that they actually read the complaints and FIX the issue. The product itself is very good. The low rating is only because Ulta did not honor the deal.
