For some reason the underside of my hair doesn't hold curl longer than a few hours at max, but this this iron it does. It heats up quickly and evenly, doesn't snag my hair in the clip, and I can get through my super long hair in about 15 minutes!

I love the ability to change heat settings which allows me to customize the temperature based on my hair type and desired style. These attached pictures I used the 365° setting which gave me looser curls! And My hair does not smell burnt which is amazing!

I've used a few different hair curling irons, and this is definitely one of the nicer ones. I really like that I can change the temperature up or down because with a lot of other ones I have to keep increasing the temperature to reset to a lower temp. This heats up pretty quickly and I can get a pretty nice curl in about 15 seconds. My curls last for a few hours before fading into a more natural wave, which isn't a con for me since I prefer a more natural look anyway. The only thing I don't like about this is that the barrel is very prone to getting oil on it. I tried this on day 2 hair which isn't even that oily, but I noticed a lot of oil smudge marks on the barrel. Overall, it's a decent curler, but you do have to be vigilant about cleaning the barrel.

The size of this curling wand is perfect! I style my entire hair so quickly. It heats up super fast, too. I have long hair but on the very fine, thin side. So I can curl a good chunk in just one go and I finish fairly quickly. The only thing I noticed was that my hair smelled like heat through out the day. So I don't know if I have the heat too high or it's the wand emmiting an odor, but the heat is easily adjustable too. Other than that I use it often anyway and really love it plus the fact that it comes with a heat resistant mat to store it in and to place on top of when it's on, is awesome!
