Hair loss and scalp acne
It was validating (yet disturbing) to discover others experienced the same problem with this shampoo. I started with the Lavender Mint, because I loved it when my salon used it on me. Great when you have a headache

I love using this shampoo when I'm having a migraine. It doesn't cure it but makes a difference. I think it's the tingle factor.
Wonderful product!!
I have been dealing with hair loss more than 8 yrs now and nothing could stop it. But this product did. I'm telling you I tried so many treatments but non of them worked like this. Just give it some time to get used to the strong mint smell and enjoy the result!

I've used the regular tea tree conditioner and decided to try the one for color. I have gray hair & seem to like this as well as I do the regular. I love the smell!

Change in Formula
Hair Type Straight Hair
I've been using this shampoo for a few years now and loved it so much. Just bought a new bottle, and I've had a horrible experience. It burned my scalp and left it tingling for a full day. It seems like Paul Mitchell has changed the formula for this one. Super bummed that I need to find a new shampoo to clarify now. Why do companies make changes like this when they had a product people were happy with? Ugh!!!
