Q
Did the formula change? It used to say anti-thinning before and now it doesn't. It was replaced with Regeniplex.
Asked by Meep
Official Answer By Paul Mitchell
The formula is the same, the packaging has been updated to feature the Regeniplex blend used in the product. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
I have fine, thin hair. i don't care for the patchouli hippy smell of the conditioner. if I use the anti-thinning shampoo only, and switch to PM Extra Body conditioner, can I still expect good hair fall results? I don't put conditioner on my scalp.

Official Answer By Paul Mitchell
The most important step is to use the Anti-Thinning Tonic twice a day for best possible performance. You can alternate shampoo and conditioner as needed or recommended by stylists however, maintaining the twice daily use of the tonic will provide the best results. It is best to use the entire system to get the maximum results. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
I have a very sensitive scalp, it's dry and almost constantly itchy, even though my fair tends to be greasy. I do not have dandruff. Hair fall and breakage is more of a periodic issue for me, but when it happens I'm always afraid of balding (I have anxiety). Is this product good for this type of scalp issue?
Asked by ItchyTwitchy
Official Answer By Paul Mitchell
Tea Tree Anti-Thinning Shampoo, Conditioner and Tonic are excellent choices to stimulate, strengthen and regenerate hair. The Shampoo and conditioner result in fuller, stronger hair while the anti-thinning tonic dissolves oily buildup on the scalp and encourages healthy hair growth. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Can this help with postpartum hair loss?
Asked by Sara T
Official Answer By Paul Mitchell
Tea Tree Scalp Care is designed to stimulate, strengthen, and regenerate new hair growth. This product has not been specifically tested for postpartum hair loss. Was this answer helpful to you
Q
Would it be worth it to try the Anti-Thinning Conditioner with Paul Mitchell Shampoo Two? I have extremely fine, oily hair that needs to be washed every day and Shampoo Two has worked well for me thus far, so I am reluctant to sacrifice it. I'm only 23, but have noticeable thinning and unevenness at the hairline that has left me feeling discouraged. Any other recommendations if this shampoo & conditioner combination would produce unsuccessful results?
Asked by Catie
Official Answer By Paul Mitchell
Although the system is designed to be used together because of the benefits of each product you could choose to use the tonic with another shampoo, if desired. The benefits of Tea Tree Anti-Thinning shampoo is that it helps to stimulate the scalp and the conditioner helps strengthen strands. All Tea Tree Scalp Care products feather the Exclusive Regeniplex blend at different levels. Was this answer helpful to you

I have super coarse natural red hair and I usually have to use a super thick, heavy conditioner AND multiple leave in products to get any softness. This stuff is amazing cause all I needed was this conditioner!!

Didn't work for me

This has perfect reviews so I believed it would be the answer to my very fine thinning hair, but it didn't work for me at all. Seven people marked this as "Great Smell" and I want to know what product they're smelling. Maybe I got a bad bottle because the smell was so disgusting and stayed strong on...

Being that I have short hair, I only need a dime size in my hand. It makes my hair very soft as well as feeling fuller.

I have used Nioxin for years and thought I would try this. I am very disappointed. Does not give a clean feeling, leaves my hair flat and greasy feeling. I love the minty cool of Nioxin and this does not do that, it has a different smell to it that isnt awful but not great.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

OMG the smell!

I gave it a try but really didn't see any difference, but it leaves a greasy feeling residue and it took 3-4 washes with a clarifying shampoo to get rid of the smell.
