How To Use

After you've rinsed out your shampoo, take your Bottle-Free Beauty conditioner bar and either rub the bar between your hands and distribute into hair, or apply the bar directly in a painting motion top to bottom. Focusing on the length and ends, simply add a bit of water and continue to "paint" to activate the ingredients. While detangling, you'll notice the same silky slip you get with standard conditioner. Best when used with Kitsch's Wide Tooth Comb or Scalp Exfoliator. For a deeper condition, leave in for five minutes. Rinse as you'd normally do and repeat as desired. It also works great as a leave-in treatment!

New formula no longer works

I bought this shampoo for a couple of years for my daughter who has oily hair and it was amazing! We were very happy with the results. Her hair looked so clean and well balanced bt the new formula does the complete opposite. Her hair is still oily and now her scalp gets really dry. I will no longer ...

I bought this in a combo pack with the conditioner, mostly because I wanted to get the most out of the clarifying properties and wanted to make sure that I wasn't messing up the clarifying with a heavy conditioner. I am really not a fan of the smell. I know that it is listed as the same fragrance as the shampoo and I really like the scent of the shampoo, but something about the conditioner scent throws me off. Luckily, after I rinse my hair and dry it, I can't really smell the conditioner in my hair. It took me a few more passes through when "painting" the bar on my hair to get as much lather as the shampoo bar and a few more to make sure my thick and curly hair was fully sudsy and ready to go. I usually de-tangle my hair when there is a bit of conditioner in it, so I wanted to make sure it was ready to be brushed out as smoothly as possible. I am not sure if I will buy it again when I go to re-purchase the tea tree & mint shampoo, but overall I think it has been good for my hair.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I will no longer be purchasing this shampoo for her. Now I gotta look for a replacement.

While I do like this product, it definitely does not last 100 washes and is simply far too expensive for me.
