Really works!
Bought this conditioner for my husband who used for a week, but did not see his thinning hair change much in thickness so he stopped using. Due to fine, but lots of hair, I never use conditioner as they all leave my hair weighed down and limp. However, as I went to throw conditioner out I decided t...

Had To Return It...
I had to return this product because when I applied it, it made my hair feel completely stripped to the max. It took every bit of moisture out of my hair, leaving me with a tangled mess. I had to use a different conditioner, just to get a wet brush through my hair. A cosmetician told me that an...

I bought a big bottle of the lemon sage thickening conditioner and used it today. It`s going right in the bin. The stink is unbearable. What has happened to the lovely lemon scent? Wasted a lot of money. After years of using the shampoo and conditioner I will have to find a new brand.

PM Ruined a Good Product. Why?!

I have been using Tea Tree Thickening Shampoo, Tea Tree Thickening Conditioner, and Awapuhi Shampoo for over a decade. These new formulas, like all the reviews below state, is horrible. Bad smell, bad formula, etc. Seems like this unneeded change was done to a lot of PM's products. Seems like a move so bad I had to look up and see if Paul Mitchell had been bought up by a Private Equity Firm (which are known for buying successful companies up, to only lower quality and costs to make a fast profit then let the company die and use the debt for other investments via the confusing system that is our economy). Paul Mitchell, please return to the old formulas.
