Use weekly. Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair. Massage into the scalp and hair for 3-5 minutes. Rinse completely.

Awesome product for super dry scalp!
My scalp immediately becomes dry and flaky once the temperatures drop below 60°F. Winter months the last few years have been awful. I thought it was seborrheic dermatitis at first, but it is just extremely dry scalp! I've been using dandruff products to no avail thus far. Within 2 uses this product has helped tremendously. My scalp isn't flaky, dry and itchy anymore. The price point is reasonable, too. Definitely try this if your scalp gets extremely dry during cold winter months. I've found the longer you leave it and massage it in, the better!
Eczema
Hair Type Straight Hair
Lost nearly half my hair before finding out I have eczema. My head was so sore, oily, just everything that goes with eczema. The shampoo and cream rinse with the tea tree has soothed and restored my scalp and hair so much. I'm beginning to see a little regrowth but honestly the win for me is I no longer have that nasty burning feel on my head. Right now its the only shampoo and rinse being used and my hair is so soft and silky. You have no idea how grateful I am to Paul Mitchell for coming up with this. Its a great product!
Wonderful product
I am very happy I read the user reviews. My son has Seborrheic Dermatitis and I have tried every prescribed medication and OTC that is out there and this gem of a scalp treatment cleared his flare up instantly. He was grateful as am I. No mother wants to see their child in pain. It's been a week and there is still no sign of return build up. I'm super impressed. Not sure the magic because ive used pure tea tree before but I'll take the results.
Holy grail for eczema on scalp
I love this stuff so much. When I get a bout of dry itchy flaky scalp that seemingly cannot be tamed. I used this for a few days straight and the problem is solved. It feels so good on my scalp, it's seriously therapeutic for me to use. Only con is that the beads don't wash out well, I find them on my scalp every now and then after use, I wish they were more water-soluable.

I have extremely bad scalp psoasis and dry/damaged hair. not only has this product helped me immensley with rehydrating my hair it cools my scalp and feels amazing against my psorasis. If i could i would wear this all day
