It's also waterproof, lasting all day without smudging or fading. One thing to note is the applicator point is quite soft so a slow & steady hand will do the trick for precise lines & wings, also easy to remove.

Just be patient with the drying time, steady your hand, and maybe have a cotton swab nearby for quick corrections.
Does not smudge
I received this product in exchange for my honest review .This liner has great pigmentation and glides on smoothly, making it easy to create sharp, defined lines. It stays put for hours without smudging, which I really love. The only downside is that if it accidentally gets into your eye, it burns quite a bit so you do have to be careful when applying.

Really let down by this liner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Was really let down by this liner. The felt tip applicator is hard to control and the liner itself is thin. I had a hard time getting it to look dark. I also experienced it running in the outer corners of my eyes. Overall just not a very good liner.
