Not worth the money!

It took forever to dry my hair, and I was not able to turn it back on after my first time using it. I have had cheaper hair dryers that have been better than this. Not worth the money. I do not under stand what happened. But I am mad.
I will never purchase another Dyson hair product.
Hair Type Straight Hair
My husband gifted me with a Dyson Supersonic... and he's my hero for doing this - but honestly it is the worst dryer I've ever had. After several months it began turning off when using the high setting. I regularly clean the cover and filter but it overheats anyway and turns off within a few seconds. I have put up with this for a long time and finally took it to Dyson service center (after the two year warranty ran out) and they pretty much said it was "too old" for them to repair, even for a fee. My REAL complaint is with the cord. The heavy clunky cord "brick" attached several inches away from the plug, bangs into my countertops and vanity drawers making it a total hazard to my home. The dryer itself is heavy and awkward to use. My hair is thin and fine, yet drying with this dryer - on MEDIUM - still takes as long as any other dryer I'ver ever used.I will never purchase another hair product from Dyson. Totally overprice and poorly designed.
Not worth the money
Truth be told it's a beautiful blow dryer and it has a lot of power. As far as the way your hair looks when it's finished, it never gave me the results that my GHD or other nice blow dryers gave me. If it was around the same price as other blow dryers then maybe I would keep it, but I did return it because the price was so much much higher and I could not justify the cost to keep it. I exchanged it for a GHD helios and am happier with the results.
Best splurge of all time!
I am so impressed with this dryer! My hair dried in 1/3 the time lod my previous drier, which means healthier hair, with less time exposed to heat. The heat was also reasonable, the power of the drier eliminates the need to be super hot. My hair feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
