Does nothing but flake!!!
Just tried this new mascara and was not impressed at all. My lashes are fairly long on their own but this actually made them look shorter. The formula went on with lots of little black clumps, which in turn just flaked off, and that was before i even left the house. Definitely not a keeper!!!

Dry and clumpy
I bought this to replace a mascara that I was running out of and it was actually worse quality than the one I had that I bought from the drugstore, it clumped my lashes so badly as if it had been drying out. Very disappointing and it's too late for me to return.
Not the same mascara.
I've been using this mascara for many years. I recently bought this mascara and noticed it wasn't the same. I contacted IT customer service to ask if the formula was changed and they said YES! I was afraid this would happen. Not buying this mascara until they put the original ingredients back! Ladies, contact IT and demand they make the original mascara!

Best mascara ever!
I've tried A LOT of mascaras. I have never used fake lashes before, and people have asked if my lashes are fake with this mascara. It lasts a really long time, and dries quickly.
I buy this product every three months.
I have used every product there is to use. This mascara does not flake, or irritate my eyes. I have had problems with mascara after four to five hours my eyes feel tired when wearing mascara. This mascara does not do that to my eyes.
