Step 1: Start at the nodes. Using a gentle pumping motion, begin at the armpits and inner groin to activate your main lymph nodes.
Step 2: Brush toward the heart. Working upward in long, gentle strokes, brush each leg from ankle to hip, then each arm from palm to armpit. On the stomach, brush downward below the belly button and upward above it.

I've had my eye on this body brush for awhile and I was so happy I finally got to try it! The copper bristles were really intriguing for me and I have to say that I do find myself feeling more grounded after use. The pouch it comes with is nice and the brush feels very high quality and I feel like it will last me a long time without needing to be replaced. I will say to be careful with using this brush. I was a bit over excited when I first got the brush and I kind of over did it on my legs and I ended up having peeling/flaky skin. The bristles are quite firm so be gentle!

This brush stripped my dead skin like sandpaper on a wall! My skin was so soft and glowy afterwards. I do feel a bit less of a bloat on my stomach too. It doesn't irritate the skin, no red marks afterwards, it's soft, but still so exfoliating. My only concern was that the bristles came off while using not sure if it's a user error. Other than that it's comfortable to use, I love the pouch it comes with so it doesn't get dusty, it washes well as well. I will definitely continue using it instead of my old dry brush.
