How To Use

How to Sugar:

  1. Play - Remove the Doh from the jar and get comfortable with the taffy-like goop.
  2. Mold - Use your fingers, Reusable Applicator, or Cloth Strips to mold the paste into your skin.
  3. Flick - Quickly but gently flick the Doh in the direction of hair growth to gently remove the hair from the root. Repeat using the same piece of Doh until you are fuzz free.

How long should Doh results last? Naturally, hair growth cycles vary from person to person, but here is a general rule of thumb for different areas:

Underarms: 2-3 weeks

Legs/arms: 3 weeks

Face: 1-2 weeks

When finished with the jar, soak the jar and lid in water for 30 min and toss them into a recycling bin or wash and repurpose.

When You Learn It, IT IS AMAZING!

I wont get it 5 stars because this is NOT for beginners. You have to understand your follicle direction, the temperature of your body and room, and have the wrist and grip movement to pull the hair out. I have extremely deep roots and coarse straight and curly hairs with no self waxing experience pr...

I wanted to love this...

I really wanted to love this. It just stuck to me in all the wrong ways... I got it working for a couple minutes after messing with it for an hour, but then it quickly became too soft and I couldn't get it off of my nails, from in between my fingers, and off the palms of my hands. It got to a point ...

Works on corse hair

I use to do my own waxing with those wax beads, but this works soooo much better (for me that is). I, for sure, had to use a spoon or any strong metal beauty tool that was around me to get a dollop of the product. What I learned was to have a small fan blowing on you while waxing. It keeps the product from being too sticky/melting and your skin dry. If your skin is too warm or sweaty, the sugar won't sick to the hair and then its a nasty mess. I clean the waxing area with rubbing alcohol and then any aloe cream afterwards.

too soft

I've used sugaring products before, including making my own, so I'm fairly familiar with how it works. This unfortunately was too soft and wouldn't pull up when flicked off, it just suck to my skin without pulling out any hairs. Tried it a few different ways, before/after showering, exfoliating, with/without powder, to no avail. I did however get a tiny bit of water in the jar after a few uses which only worsened the consistency. Maybe NYC summers are too humid for this specific consistency, but I need something harder. Also the jar is sooooo tiny, i'd recommend trying to make your own first with a sugar/lemon/water recipe. Def a learning curve but I think the pre-made stuff just isn't universal to all climates.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I test tried on my stomach and it seemed fine. but when I went where I needed it I wanted to quit after removing the first strip. However removing the wax by itself is just as effective. The hair is gone and so is my will to wax it again. If you have low pain tolerance just shave. Waxing is not for us. Works perfect on armpits too! Just make sure to test try on a thigh or upper arm in the case you have a reaction to the powder or the process. If you want to quit after application, wash the wax off with warm water because...
