Firstly the scent is great and not overbearing. My lips were so chapped from the winter. After used this for few times, it leaves my lips feeling buttery soft and perfectly moisturized, making them the ideal base for lipstick application. I felt that the exfoliating granules were quite fine and less gritty than other lip scrubs I've used.

When this lip scrub arrived I used it immediately. My lips were so chapped from the winter. After 2 uses my lips were soft and moisturized. I've never had a lip scrub work so well and so fast.

Firstly the scent is great and not overbearing. The application process is the best for lip scrubs I've had. The instant results it isn't really gritty. It isn't rough either. I wish it had a bit more to be honest but that's the only negative.

I was excited to try Tree Hut's Vanilla Sugar Lip Scrub since I love their body scrubs, but I found this formula to be quite different from what I expected. While it does have a pleasant vanilla scent and a smooth texture, I felt that the exfoliating granules were quite fine and less gritty than other lip scrubs I've used—especially compared to ColourPop's, which feels softer yet more exfoliating. The Tree Hut lip scrub feels more like a balm with light exfoliation rather than a true scrub that removes dry skin effectively. It's hydrating, which is nice, but if you're looking for a more intense exfoliation, this might not be the best option. However, if you prefer a gentler scrub that leaves behind a bit of moisture, it's a decent choice!
