another review said to get through the first layer and I agree. Normally with products like these I rub them on the back of my hand to break the seal, and that's what I did with this. After I did that I used it on my lips and I could definitely feel the scrubbing. It isn't anything special, but it is a great cheap option.
affordable and works well!
this little lip scrub is perfect! it has a nice light vanilla scent and gets the job done, all at an affordable price. at the very beginning, it does have a balmy texture, but once you swipe it a few times, it unlocks the sugar crystals. highly recommend!
