The best black lipstick I've tried.
Not even taking the affordable price point into account, Nyx does an excellent job at making a rich black lipstick that looks and feels good. This isn't a junky halloween formula. This is a legit makeup formula for adults. If you've ever worn black lipstick before, you know that deep dark pigments are something to be very cautious with. Dark colors make fading/fallout/smearing more noticeable. I don't think I can really knock this product for requiring touch-ups after eating and drinking because that's just a normal thing for this type of formulation. If you really want to improve the longevity, application, and overall look, I highly recommend using this black lipstick with Nyx lip liner in the matching color Alien and topping with Nyx butter gloss in Black Licorice. I tried this combo and I feel like a goth queen. 🖤
