Conair Style Chemistry by Conair Bouncy Blowout Dryer

The hairdryer is amazing! Love the blue color! So glad that it has a cool button instead of a "cool shot". I love that I don't have to hold a button down to have a cool setting. I love the size of the blow dryer. It takes up less space on the counter. It is a powerful hairdryer. I am not impressed with the included hair diffuser attachment. It is small for a diffuser, and as one other reviewer commented, it has no bowl to cup your hair into. That is a disappointment for this curly girl. In Conair's defense, I am noticing several diffusers on the market now have no bowl for your hair. With that issue aside, I still consider this diffuser to be small, which in turn does not disperse the air properly. I have not used (and don't plan to) the included hair rollers or the concentrator attachment, so I am unable to review these items. Overall, I'm pleased with the hair dryer. I thought about returning it, since I use a diffuser often and you cannot attach a universal hair diffuser to the unit because the hair dryer barrel is too wide. But PLEASE READ this before returning any hair tool to Ulta: If you return any hair tool to Ulta, the staff is required to take scissors and cut the cord of the hair tool and throw the cord and hair tool in the trash. I could not stomach this product being wasted just because I disliked the hair diffuser attachment. I will purchase another hair dryer with a bowl diffuser and use both hair dryers.

Wouldn't recommend to purchase

I have tried this blow dryer a few times and I'm just not sure about it. I think it's very powerful (perhaps a little too much) and it's lightweight. I have curly hair and was wanting to replace my old hair dryer because the diffuser falls off. This diffuser clicks into the dryer very securely but it is so so small. There is no way to put your curls into the diffuser bowl because there is no bowl lol. This basically means you just blast your hair around. I will probably keep this as a travel hair dryer but I do not think this is meant for curly headed people.

This blow dryer is a great replacement for the super high priced competitors. I bought it for the diffuser attachment. I already own a Conair dryer but couldn't find a diffuser that fit it - including the Conair universal diffuser attachment! Didn't want to spend more money on a brand new blow dryer, but it was worth it if I was going to actually get an efficient diffuser. From the first use this one proved it was worth the investment!

I have never had the new handle blow dryers but I've had Conair's. I finally tried it and I love it. Fast, easy. lightweight and a lack of frizz with the right brush and product. Love the blue too! The attachment which I never use came with a few I like. Large roller and a few smaller so while your styling you can control certain areas. Price is perfect and I will get the hang of using it in time like all blow dryers. Glad I took a chance:)
