How to use:

• Ensure your skin is clean and free of lotions or oils, as this can interfere with the nipple cover's adhesion.

• Lean forward so your breast falls naturally into the shape.

• Turn the cover inside out and align the nip nook with your nipple.

• Gently press the nip nook over your nipple, then smooth the rest of the cover outward from the middle to the infinity edge to avoid wrinkles or air bubbles.

Finding your Size:

• Itty bitty is 3x3 inches, recommended for AA-A cups. Provides the least amount of coverage.

• OG is 4x4 inches, recommended for A-DD cups. Provides medium coverage, acting like a cross between a nipple cover and a breast cover.
