I have always had very dry skin with bumps all over it and I've even used acid-based lotions but those smelled horrible and my dry skin came back in a day. Y'all I'm telling you, my skin has never been so soft in my life. I buy backups of this lotion.. I'm talking two at a time. This works perfectly...

Too much glitter
Love the scent of this but it has way too much glitter in it. Even after showering you can still see glitter on your body.

Nice formula with a glitter bomb in it
I do like the quality of this lotion; it's a nice, moisturizing formula and it comes in a generous bottle for a pretty good price. Two issues here: 1) The scent - it smells like neither vanilla nor sugar. It's a weird, artificial, almost fruity scent. 2) Holy moly is there a ton of shimmer in here! It's not noticeable while the lotion is wet, but when it dries down and you step into light... glitter, glitter everywhere. It's not for me on most occasions, but if you're looking for an inexpensive and effective way to apply glitter all over yourself, you might like it! There's a time and place for everything, people. ;)
Leaves skin feeling dry and sticky
I usually love Hempz lotions, but this one was not a product that I liked. The lotion has a ton of glitter in it, which was not super obvious before purchase, but wasn't a big deal. However the formula feels different, it leaves my skin feeling very dry and sticky afterwards. Almost like the lotion is leaving a residue behind. Did not like it at all. The scent was okay, but definitely did not smell like vanilla at all.
Weird Smell
Product does not smell like sugar nor vanilla. Has a really weird chemical kind of fake Playdough odor to it. Very disagreeable. Glad I only purchased a sample size because there's no way I'd use this even if it moisturizes fairly well.

Great lotion, but caused an allergic reaction
I really like Hempz, but this broke me out. I love the shimmer and so did my husband 😉, but unfortunately there's something in the formula that my skin is very sensitive to. I gave it to my daughter and she loves it! I wish I wasn't allergic because I would definitely buy more!
