Hair Type Very Curly Hair
This is a horrible shampoo for me. I'm returning the Shampoo, Conditioner and styling lotion. It sits very heavy on my fine curly hair. Made my hair feel coated, dry and puffy. The next day it made my hair very greasy at the roots and the lengths dry. My hair also became very brassy. I used the Smoothing Shampoo, Conditioner and the Smoothing Lotion. Need to return all three. I will try Redken All Soft Mega Curls next. I used to like the Redken All Soft Mega, and then All Soft. So I'm going to try to get Redken All Soft Mega Curls. I just want soft hair that I can straighten when I want. I don't want coated dry puffy brassy hair.
Caused hair loss
Bought this with the matching conditioner, after a few uses noticed my hair falling out way more than the shampoo I was using before but decided to finish the bottles anyways to get my moneys worth. After a few months of use my hair is noticeably less full.

Sits very heavy on my fine hair. My hair always feels heavy/filmy and has caused constant acne behind my ears, sides of my neck. Going back to moisture sheer or switching brands in the near future.
The best shampoo i've ever used
Hair Type Wavy Hair
This is not an incentivized review (so sick of seeing those) this is my genuine opinion after buying this with my own money twice and using it for a couple months now. For reference, I am white, 26 yo, have thin VERY oily hair, medium length. This is the best shampoo i've ever used on my hair. I bought this on a whim after trying a sample size of their hydrating shampoo and decided to get the full size of this one. It leaves my hair feeling genuinely clean and i've noticed my hair is significantly less oily using this. It leaves my hair feeling so soft, my scalp is never itchy anymore like it used to be after a day, and my hair feels healthy. I use the matching conditioner sometimes but I also alternate between a couple others so I know this is a result of the shampoo and nothing else. Also must note that it suds up super well and therefore goes a long way. I love this shampoo so much I felt inspired to write this review before I purchase the jumbo size. I know that different shampoos work for different people, but this is definitely worth a shot. Unfortunately they don't have a travel size of this so maybe get the hydrate travel size first and if you like that then you will love this. My priority is smoothing over hydrating that's why I choose this one but it's definitely hydrating too. I have tried dozens of shampoos and was never fully satisfied with any of them so i will be sticking to this basically forever bc i have finally found the perfect one. I hate that it's so expensive but oh well i'm willing to pay it bc it's wonderful.
