Not a good option for sleep-walkers
This product unfortunately does not help me sleep. In fact, it makes me wake up after a few hours and yell at my poor sleeping husband. I can take regular melatonin and fall asleep quickly, have some weird dreams, but otherwise sleep well. When I take these gummies I wake up feeling disoriented and in a stupor. I am a sleepwalker and I think that is a bad combination with these gummies. Wanted to love them but honestly taking them isn't worth the confusion.

I swear by lemme sleep. I get some of the best sleep. Coming from not being able to fall asleep and stay asleep, this has made the biggest difference. I take this every night and will continue to do so. Not to mention, it tastes like a fruit snack. My pillow treat before bed every night.
