It truly is.. as the other reviewer put.. a game changer! I have always loathed sleeping masks. I hate the feeling of something restricting a part of my body especially my face and have always had sensory issues with trying other masks. The fact that this is molded the way it is while also being pad...ded the way it is makes it feel like a little weightless cloud is sitting on my eyes helping me drift off to sleep. I got this is a 3 pack of sleeping gummies awhile back and I have worn it every night since. I worked nights for a long time and so I used to have trouble falling asleep with the sunlight. My room is not like a direct portal for sunlight to stream inside but it was enough to make my brain realize it was daytime and therefore my brain would fight itself and effect my ability to fall asleep. This mask changed that! It works so well and is so comfortable and I find myself looking for a way to buy another one as back up because I truly never want to go without it! I go to sleep whenever it's a bit darker out now but it has become a part of my sleep routine and I have noticed how well it works in tandem with a night gummy. Now, I drift off to sleep so easily in comparison to the way I used to! I have had to change my sleep vitamin a few months ago and I thankfully found a decent replacement for the Sugarbear one that I have used for 3+ years .. I just couldn't continue to funnel so much money for it anymore and found one that has almost every ingredient for half the price.. these Sugarbear sleep gummies still work really well if you have the money to spend for them. I wouldn't be opposed to switching back to them once I am in a better financial situation. Regardless, this mask is something I won't be able to give up so... If you haven't tried it please do! Even if you are 100% content with never using a sleep mask.. even if you think you don't need it at all... or believe that it would make your sleep routine worse - I thought the same way and now I am so glad I accidentally happened to get it in my 3 pack not knowing it was included. I love it! Honestly, I thought the little extras Sugarbear had were gimmicky but now that I have tried one I totally understand the hype. Please NEVER discontinue these; I would quit literally have a panic attack lol
